Established in 2001 we are not the largest condominium and homeowners association management company in the valley, however, our intention has always been to manage a limited, select group of homeowner associations in a professional manner with the highest level of integrity, and personal attention in order to ensure a high level of quality for your homeowner association.
Homeowners that become board members often lack the qualification and experience to enforce the covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&R’s) of their associations. Our goal is to aid in educating the board members by applying our experience and knowledge in an effort to alleviate potential concerns.
360 Community Management, your Phoenix HOA management company, is a proud member of CAI (Community Association Institute), AACM (Arizona Association of Community Managers), and the Arizona chapter of the Better Business Bureau. With the constantly changing legislation regarding homeowner associations, the team at 360 Community Management continues to educate themselves through AACM and CAI affiliates and carefully scrutinize new legislation in order to inform the homeowners associations of these changes.

We have been working to upgrade our system to get you a faster turn-a-around on your requests and be more user friendly.
You will be redirected through to our new order portal where you can “Request Access” to complete the order process for either an HOA Demand for Escrow/Title Companies, or a Condo Questionnaire for Lenders.
The “Request Access” button is located on the upper right-hand side of your screen. This will guide you through registering for a user ID and password for access to submit this order. The 1st drop down question will be what type of company are you with (example: Escrow and Title Companies would choose “Title Company”; whereas, Lenders would choose “Lender”). Finish answering the questions in the fillable fields and then click “Request Access”. The system will then email you the password. Please save your user ID and password, and bookmark the login screen, to gain faster access for future orders through our system.
