Board Meeting:

Due to COVID-19, in accordance with the CDC’s recommendations of social distancing, as well as the Arizona Governor’s Executive Order to “Stay Home, Stay Healthy and Stay Connected”, the meeting will held via teleconference-virtual meeting.

The virtual meeting phone number/online meeting link and password, as well as the meeting Agenda, will be emailed out to Owners mid-morning on the day of the meeting. If you have not provided your email address to our management company, but would like to be included, please email them at info@360communitymgmt.com or call 602-863-3600 with your information so that you will receive this and other
important email communications.

Immediately after the general meeting, an executive/closed session meeting with board members, pursuant to ARS §33-1248/33-1804(A)(3), (4) and (5).

*Please note: If you set-up the Auto-pay option online, this is done through a third party who will charge a service fee. If you set this up through the management company’s office using the above ACH form, there is not a charge.

Credit Cards: These are accepted online and is handled by a third party vendor. This vendor will charge a fee for this service with the amount of fee disclosed prior to you submitting your payment.
